Preheat oven to 350° F. Line muffin tin with baking cups or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, use a hand-mixer to combine bananas, almond extract and almond butter. Mix until smooth, then add eggs.
On low speed, gently add remaining ingredients. Stir until just combined. (Do not over mix.)
Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes then cool for 10 minutes.
