Combine ground beef and seasonings in a pan. Cook on medium heat over stove for about 10 minutes until meat is cooked through.
Rinse rice in cold water. Combine rice and bone broth in pan. Bring to a boil uncovered, then cover and cook for 20 minutes. (Alternatively, I love to use a rice cooker!)
Serve the beef and rice with thinly sliced cucumber and tomato. For extra flavor, drizzle garlic aioli sauce on top. (See our Garlic Aioli Sauce recipe.)
