This is a staple in our house and has so many uses… dipping sauce for veggies, salad dressing, topping for just about any meat and more!
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 cup mayo (I like to use a paleo version)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
As a salad dressing option, I’ll usually add a little water to thin the sauce just a bit. Also, throw in a few garden herbs to change up the flavor!
