Lemon Tahini Sauce

A tasty homemade sauce that only takes a few moments to throw together! This is a great sauce to drizzle over various types of meat, but it can also be used as a marinade or salad dressing.




  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • Juice of 1 ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together thoroughly.

This sauce is delicious drizzled over our Baked Lebanese Lamb Meatballs.
