Mango Salsa

A perfect appetizer served with plantain chips or an excellent topping with our Island Style Shredded Beef.




  • 2 mangos peeled and diced
  • 2 medium size tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup of cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • ½ red onion diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve with your favorite chips!

This salsa is also a great topping for tacos or our Island Style Shredded Beef.
